Case studies and workflow examples

Phantom Workflow has no client case studies or measured client results to publish yet.

Illustrative workflows

The examples below show problems an audit could investigate. They are hypothetical planning examples, not completed projects, client testimonials, or forecasts.

  • Home services: collect an after-hours inquiry, check service coverage, and route exceptions to the on-call dispatcher.
  • Appointment-based businesses: reconcile reminders and cancellations with the scheduling system, while staff retain control of exceptions.
  • Law firms: organize intake information and route it for staff review without deciding legal conflicts or giving advice.

What a future case study should show

A published case study should identify the approved scope, measurement period, baseline, sample, and method. It should explain limits and distinguish measured outcomes from assumptions. Until that evidence exists, we do not publish performance numbers as Phantom results.
